One group.
Three operations,
owned end to end.
Content production. Growth. AI adoption.
WEEKENDS GROUP is an AI-native operating group. Three specialist firms take over content, growth, and organizational intelligence — each one end to end, under one accountable lead.
The firms are autonomous, but they already share one holding, one governed relay, and one project memory. When a problem spans more than one discipline, the coordination is solved before it starts: an explicit handoff, one measured outcome.
New York · Istanbul
Three autonomous firms. One holding. Each takes over a function end to end.
The right firm for
the right operation.
Most companies end up with too many vendors and not enough ownership. An agency for content, a consultant for AI, an independent team for growth, none of them connected, none of them accountable to the same outcome.
Weekends Group was built around a different model. Each firm under the group takes over a function completely. They bring the team, the tools and the systems. The work runs under their name, against a number they own.
If you need one discipline, you get the best operator in it. If you need more than one, they already share a holding, a governed relay, and one project memory. The coordination problem is solved before it starts.

From a single shoot, WEEKENDS produces editorial, e-commerce, social and AI-generated content at scale. Studios in New York and Istanbul.

Maharishi
Maharishi learns how your organization actually works, then automates the rest.
Maharishi is organizational intelligence and AI adoption software. It builds a living map of how the work really runs — the roles, the decisions and the handoffs — and uses that map to decide where AI belongs.
Discovery first, implementation second, ops always. From the map, the right AI is deployed into the tools your team already uses. It self-onboards from your team's real signals — voice notes, emails, documents, meetings — and keeps the map current as the work changes. No new surfaces to learn. For teams of 5 to 500.
askmaharishi.com (opens in a new tab)How it works
- I Discovery: agents map your real workflows from live signals
- II Implementation: right AI deployed via MCP and RAG
- III Ops: performance and tech-currency tracked continuously
- + Voice-first: meetings, voice notes, documents as first-class inputs
- + Self-onboarding, no workshops, no project plan
- + One continuous loop, not a one-off deployment
Cross-firm proof
When two firms
run one relay.
Governance
How the group
stays accountable.
Multi-firm work fails on coordination, not talent. These are the rules every Weekends engagement runs under — written down, before the work starts.
-
One accountable lead firm
Every engagement has exactly one lead firm. It owns the outcome, even when a second firm is doing part of the work. Never two throats to choke, never none.
-
Written scope and a Definition of DONE
Before execution begins, scope and a written Definition of DONE are agreed with you. If it isn't in the definition, it isn't in the engagement.
-
Explicit handoffs
When work passes between firms, the handoff is a named event: context transferred, receiving owner named, date recorded. Nothing moves informally.
-
Shared project memory
Decisions, context and learnings live in one shared memory across the group — not in one person's inbox. A second engagement starts where the first ended.
-
Measured outcomes, named owners
One outcome, one number, one named owner, reported on a fixed cadence. Progress is a measurement, not a status update.
-
Confidentiality handling
Client information is compartmented by engagement. Access is granted by need, recorded, and revoked when the engagement closes.
AI and data
What we do with
your data.
The group is AI-native, so these questions come up early. These are the baseline answers. Engagement-specific terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Client data handling
- Your data is used only to deliver your engagement. It is compartmented per client and not pooled across clients.
- External model usage
- Where third-party AI models are used, they are used under business terms that exclude training on your data. Which models are in scope is disclosed in the engagement.
- Commercial rights
- Work product created for you is yours. Ownership and licence terms are stated in the engagement agreement before execution.
- Human review
- No AI output reaches you unreviewed. A named human is accountable for anything delivered under a Weekends firm's name.
- Confidentiality and NDA
- We sign your NDA or provide ours. Confidentiality survives the engagement.
- Access control
- Access to your systems and data is least-privilege, granted by named individual, recorded, and revoked when the engagement closes.
- Retention
- Retention periods are agreed per engagement. On request at close-out, we delete or return client data within the agreed window.

Tell us the business condition, not the service you think you need. The group names the lead firm, and that firm replies. There is no wrong door.
Received.
