Privacy Notice

01Who we are

The controller is Weekends Inc., 197 Grand Street, Suite 4W, New York, NY 10013, USA. For any question about this notice or your personal data, contact our Privacy Officer at maharishi@weekendsinc.com.

02What we collect

You give us, through the intake form: your name and work email (required to reply); company and role (optional); the business condition you select (content, growth, AI adoption, or "not sure") and the short qualification details for that route; the urgency you indicate; and any free-text message.

We generate, from your submission, routing metadata — the recommended lead firm, supporting firm, owner role, next action, and source — so the enquiry reaches the right firm.

We collect automatically standard server and security logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp, user agent) from our host, for delivery and abuse-prevention. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics container is installed at this time. If that changes, this notice and a consent mechanism will be added first.

03Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not use your enquiry to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Routing is a recommendation; a named person handles your enquiry (see our AI & Data Consent).

04AI and your data

We are AI-native, so this has its own document: see AI & Data Consent. In summary: your data is used only to handle your enquiry and, if you engage a firm, that engagement; it is compartmented per client and not pooled across clients; and where third-party AI models are used, they operate under business terms that exclude training on your data.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

06International transfers

We operate from the United States, with an operating presence in Türkiye, and our providers may process data in other countries. Information may be transferred to, and stored at, destinations outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, and processed by staff operating outside the EEA. Where personal data of EEA/UK individuals is transferred, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in line with this notice.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required to establish or defend legal claims or by law. If your enquiry becomes an engagement, retention for that engagement is agreed separately, per engagement.

08Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as CCPA/CPRA), you may: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to processing (including processing based on legitimate interest); receive a portable copy; and, where processing is consent-based, withdraw consent. We do not "sell" or "share" personal data as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact maharishi@weekendsinc.com. EEA/UK individuals also have the right to complain to their local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

09Minors

The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10Security

Access to enquiry data is least-privilege — granted by named individual, recorded, and revoked at close-out — and client information is compartmented by engagement. These are operational commitments, not a certification; we do not claim any security certification we have not obtained.

11Changes and contact

We may update this notice; the effective date above marks the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page. Questions: maharishi@weekendsinc.com.
