This website, weekends-group.com (the "Site"), is operated by Weekends Inc. ("Weekends Group", "we", "us"), 197 Grand Street, Suite 4W, New York, NY 10013, USA. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
01What the Site is
The Site describes Weekends Group and its three operator firms (WEEKENDS INC, Atelier Growth, Maharishi) and lets you send a business enquiry. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a binding quote, a warranty, or advice, and no client relationship is formed by using the Site or submitting an enquiry. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement with the relevant firm, whose terms prevail over anything stated here.
02Descriptions of capability
Statements about what the group and its firms do describe how we operate; specifics — scope, ownership, deliverables, measurement, and a Definition of DONE — are fixed per engagement in that engagement's agreement. Where the Site references outcomes, methods, or governance, those apply as delivered under an engagement, not as a guarantee to every reader.
03Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, structure, and marks including WEEKENDS GROUP and the group's proprietary terms (e.g. the governed relay, Definition of DONE, project memory) — are owned by or licensed to Weekends Inc. and its firms, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
04Links to the firms and third parties
The Site links to the firms' own sites (weekendsinc.com, ateliergrowth.com, askmaharishi.com) and may link to other third parties. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
05Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submit false information or another person's data without authority, or use the intake form to send unsolicited marketing or malicious content.
06Personal data
Personal data you submit is handled under our Privacy Notice and AI & Data Consent.
07Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York under the rules of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS), without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have where you live.
